The service. A guided ATV tour through Konavle lasting two and a half to three hours in total, starting from Zastolje. The price includes the guide, helmet and protective gear, water, a visit to the mill on the Ljuta river and a get-together at our mill to finish. There are two departures a day, at 10:00 and 16:30.
Prices and payment. The price is per quad: €199 for a quad with two people, or €135 for riding alone. With transfer included the price is €225 and €169 respectively. Payment is by card through Stripe at the time of booking. Your spot is confirmed only once the payment goes through, and the invoice arrives by e-mail.
Taking part. The rider must be at least 18 and hold a valid category B driving licence; a passenger must be at least 16. A maximum of two people may ride one quad. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed, helmets are mandatory, and the guide’s instructions must be followed throughout the tour. If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to exclude a guest from the tour without a refund.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel up to 48 hours before departure and we refund the full amount to the same card used for payment; your bank needs 5 to 10 working days to process it. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, cannot be refunded. Let us know about a cancellation by e-mail or phone.
If we cancel the tour. We ride in changeable weather too, as we carry protective gear. If we cancel the tour — because the weather makes safe riding impossible, for technical reasons or for any other reason — you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Transfer. We offer transfer from the Dubrovnik and Cavtat area; please enter the address of your accommodation when booking. If the transfer turns out not to be possible, we will contact you before departure to agree on another solution or refund the amount.
Right of withdrawal. Under Croatian consumer law, leisure services booked for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Our cancellation terms described above apply.
Complaints. You can send a written complaint to info@konavletravel.com or to the company address. We reply in writing within 15 days of receiving it at the latest. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
Data protection. We process the details from the form as described in the privacy section. By accepting these terms when booking you also give your consent to that processing.
